Naturopathic

Naturopathic medicine, is a multi-disciplinary approach that has the ability to support the body find its natural homeostasis.  This traditional approach to health care focuses on a completely individualised treatment that takes into consideration all aspects of your life, both current and previous.
​An involved case history will help us uncover what may be driving your symptoms and treat the underlying cause, not just the symptoms. ​

Herbal Medicine

All the Naturopaths at Integrated Health use Herbal Medicine in their practise. It is the oldest form of medicine on our planet, comprised solely of plants and is still used as the primary form of medicine by over 75% of the world's population.  In fact it is the traditional medicine of all cultures, and is based on observation and experience passed down from generation to generation for thousands of years.  The World Health Organisation encourages herbal medicine because it is inexpensive whilst being effective.

Testing Services

Hair allergy and intolerances
Using a sample for your hair we test for over 200 food, beverages, colourings, preservatives and environmental substances.  These are graded for severity and a 15 minute follow up consultation is provided free of charge to guide you through the results with our qualified nutritionist.

Cell wellbeing nutritional test
​Live hair follicle is taken and tested to obtain your body’s level of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, microbial balance and overall health of your body systems. A 30 page report is email to you for your reference.
This is the ideal test to target your nutritional deficiencies

Iridology 
Taking a photograph of your iris, this is then analysis to identify your overall health and an in depth report is given with recommendations.

Mineral Testing
A non invasive way to test your mineral levels. Diluted minerals are used for taste testing, and rated, using this score we can recommend mineral dose guidelines.
Minerals tested; zinc, magnesium, manganese, iodine, potassium, copper, chromium, molybedenum and selenium.

Ayurvedic head and foot
massage

,​ Shiro Abhyanga - Indian head massage 
The head, in Ayurveda, is considered to control the wellbeing of our entire body, with the ability to regulate our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Performed through light clothing while seated, ayurvedic herbal oils are massaged into the head, face and neck to induce calm and balance. Benetfits include relaxing tight muscles and stiffness, pain relief, reducing stress and insomnia while increasing circulation to the brain and eye region.

Pada Abhyanga - Indian foot massage
Ayurveda sees the feet as the bodys foundation, with any stress  accumulating in the soul of the foot.

After cleansing the feet, warm ayurvedic herbal oils are used to massage Marma (pressure) points using hands and a traditional Kansa bowl. Stimulating these points restores balance by improving blood, oxygen and lymphatic circulation, leading to healthy sleep patterns, improved digestion and reducing anxiety and stress levels.
